When David Napier established White House Catering (WHC) in 1987 he had one vision:  To transform his passion for extraordinary cuisine into an uncompromising catering and culinary experience.  His journey began in an unlikely place, out of a converted 38 foot houseboat harbored near the small coastal town of Charles City; his loyal clients from his award-winning Indian Fields Tavern and White House restaurants were onboard literally and figuratively. His business, and his passion for orchestrating events, quickly grew.
